Kanika Sharma

I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences along with Bioinformatics and Master’s in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar. I joined Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi for Master’s Thesis in the project “Generation of Protein Dimeric Configuration from Monomeric Subunits” and then worked as a Project Assistant.

 During lab rotations, I worked in the lab of:

  • Prof. Sigrun Kosching on “Binding Pocket Analysis of Death Receptor” at the Institute of Genetics.
  • Prof. Maria Leptin on “Pathogens and Immunity: Nod like receptors” at EMBL.
